    Each of the vacation houses features a living/dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living area is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed that provides sleeping space for an additional 2 people. Adjacent to the living area is access to the terrace, barbecue area, and the respective pool facility.

    Each vacation house has two separate bedrooms with sea views. The rooms are equipped with a double bed and a TV. All rooms are additionally equipped with air conditioning.

Kalyves

Kalyves of Polygyros is a large tourist settlement located south of Polygyros, between the first and second peninsula of Chalkidiki. It is situated 60 km away from Thessaloniki Airport, and its coastline stretches for more than 5 km, reaching the beach of Gerakini. In the center of the traditional village of Kalyves Polygyrou, you will find classic taverns and Orthodox churches made of white natural stone. A must-visit destination on the Chalkidiki peninsula is the Petralona Cave, located on Mount Katsika. The cave features intricate formations and an 800m-long tour. A museum next to the cave entrance showcases artifacts such as bones, tools, and fossils found in the cave. Shopping facilities are within walking distance from the vacation house complex. The vacation house complex also provides convenient parking spaces in front of the premises.
